Raised in the picturesque state of Utah, I embarked on a life-changing journey when I moved to Colorado in the year 2000. Little did I know that this move would lead to a beautiful chapter in my life – meeting my wonderful husband, Jimmy. Together, we've shared 24 years of love, laughter, and countless cherished memories, all while raising our incredible daughter.
Professionally, my career has been deeply rooted in the real estate industry. In 2020, I found my true calling as a loan officer, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Guiding first-time homebuyers in finding their dream starter homes and helping others discover their forever homes has become a genuine passion of mine.
Beyond my career, I find joy in the great outdoors, watching the 49’ers and NASCAR racing. Camping adventures and riding our side-by-side are cherished pastimes, and I'm always up for an exciting adventure. Giving back to the community is also close to my heart. I actively volunteer at my daughter's school and serve on the planning and zoning commission for the Town of Silt, I'm always eager to lend a hand wherever it's needed.
Life has been a beautiful journey, filled with family, career, and community involvement. I eagerly anticipate embarking on further adventures and am committed to assisting both my current and future clients in adding vibrant strokes of beauty to their own journeys.

About Lindsay.
I fell into the mortgage industry in 2001 and never looked back. I began my career as an administrative assistant and have since worked as a loan processor, loan officer assistant and branch operations manager. Currently I utilize my experience as a Licensed Production Partner and Reverse Mortgage Planner with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in both Colorado and Alabama to assist people fulfill their homeownership dreams and manage their equity.
I serve my customers with compassion, integrity and persistence. My goal is always to go above and beyond to help my borrowers achieve financial success regardless of their situation and circumstance-however long takes to get them there. As a bonus, I make sure we have all have fun in the process! Buying a home and generating wealth from that purchase should be an exciting time-not a stressful one.

Conventional Loans
Conventional loans are ideal for families with good credit that have a larger down payment available. With this, you can expect to receive lower rates.
VA Loans
VA loans are for active or retired military members that are able to have a more relaxed down payment by a loan guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.

If you have limited funds for a down payment, have a less-than-perfect credit score, and are buying your first home, look into our FHA mortgage option.
Retirement Mortgages
Reverse mortgage is a unique loan that allows those 62 years of age and older to convert a portion of the equity they have built up in their homes into cash and defer repayment until they pass away or move out.
USDA Loans
